Mac is licensed by the State of Massachusetts as a Massage Therapist. He graduated from the Cortiva Institute in 2011 specializing in Postural Assessments, Sports Related Injuries, Chronic Pain Conditions and Structural Bodywork. While at Cortiva, he served as a Student Ambassador and logged over one hundred hours in the student clinic.

Prior to his career in massage, Mac received his Master’s Degree in U.S. History from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2007. He spent the following year teaching World and U.S. History at the Central Piedmont Community College. Afterwards he spent a year abroad teaching in South Korea.
