Steve is licensed by the State of Massachusetts as a Massage Therapist and licensed as an Acupuncturist by the Massachusetts State Board of Registration in Medicine.

He received his Masters Degree in Acupuncture from The New England School of Acupuncture (NESA) in 2007 and Graduated from the Muscular Therapy Institute (Cortiva) in 2004. While at NESA, he specialized in Chinese and Japanese styles of acupuncture and completed Clinical Internships at Dimock Community Hospital in Roxbury, The Elderly Care Project in Lynn, and at Pathways Holistic Medicine Clinic, Boston, MA.

Steve is especially interested in the interplay between structural alignment (posture) and mental and physical health as well as the relationship between life-event stressors and illness. His other interests include: yoga and shamanic studies.
